Yes, we do! However, slots are only released when our production house is able to accommodate them. Any available slots will be announced on our Instagram and Telegram channels, usually 1–2 times a year.
Customisation allows you to create an existing design, based on your preferred CaM size or measurements, as well as your selected fabric, subject to availability.
Made-to-Order is specifically available for The Little Ones collection, allowing children’s pieces to be made to order, in your selected fabric, subject to availability.
Once slots are available, a Google Form will be released for you to indicate your interest. The form will close once all available slots have been taken up. Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll send you an email with the next steps. Please note that submitting the form does not confirm your request or order.
The cost of customisation is based on the retail price of the item, plus an additional customisation fee depending on the design, fabric, and specific requirements.
Depending on the design, we can customise elements such as size, length, and fabric choice. We’re unable to make alterations to the overall design, such as adding/removing sleeves, as these changes may affect the garment’s construction and fit. Fabric choices are also subject to the design’s suitability. For example, a dress designed specifically for linen may not be suitable for viscose or cotton.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to guarantee that a customised piece will be launched or restocked in the future. However, if there are any plans to do so, we’ll be sure to let you know when you enquire with us!
Each customised piece is handcrafted to your measurements/preferred CaM size. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in its production. Any changes after confirmation may incur additional costs and affect the delivery deadline. All additional costs arising from such changes shall be borne by the customer and Caramel Monster reserves the right to extend the delivery timeline at its sole discretion. The actual fabric colour may differ slightly due to variations in lighting and fabric batches. We do not warrant that our customisations will be fully accurate, complete, or error-free. Please note that item(s) featuring detailing such as lace, ribbons, embroidery, trims, or similar finishes (including but not limited to these) may be subject to slight variations. Caramel Monster frequently works with deadstock materials and carefully sourced remnants, which are available only in limited quantities. While minor differences may occur, all materials will be selected and matched as closely as possible to preserve the overall design, aesthetic, and intended look and feel of the original piece. We reserve the right to reject a request at our discretion. Full payment is required upfront before the commencement of the order. Custom orders shall be non-refundable once production has commenced. All made to order pieces are final sale—we strictly do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds.
