How can I join the Loyal Programme?
All the registered members will be starting as Free Soul tier
How can I upgrade my membership tier?
To upgrade, you'll need to meet the minimum annual spending requirement for that tier. Once achieved, your membership will be upgraded accordingly.
How do I maintain my membership tier?
To retain your membership tier for the upcoming year, you'll need to meet the minimum annual spending requirement for your current tier.
How do I obtain the Gratitude tier?
The Gratitude Membership at Caramel Monster is an exclusive, invite-only experience designed to celebrate our most engaged and loyal supporters. Invitations are exclusively extended to those who actively engage and share their passion with our brand, and contribute positively to our community. We truly value every member of our Caramel Monster family, and we love seeing your unique journey with us. I reside outside of Singapore. Can I still be a part of the programme?
Certainly! While most perks apply, there are limitations on certain benefits for customers outside of Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Nonetheless, our team is diligently working to expand these perks, ensuring more exciting news is on the way.

Enjoy 10% off your first order during your birthday month as a New Beginning member or above. For online orders, the discount will be automatically applied. Simply update your birthday in your account to be eligible!
How can I earn points?
Petal Points can be earned through purchase online or during studio-opening. These points are not awarded to discounts or credit payments.
SGD1 = 1 Petal Points
*Points will only be accumulated and reflected once an order is marked as completed.
Will my points expire?
If you don't meet the required spending by your qualification deadline, any non-expired spending will be carried forward into your next qualification period. Your remaining spending required to upgrade or maintain your membership tier will be recalculated, and your qualification deadline will be updated accordingly.
What happens to my Petal points if I make a return?
The petal point will not be deducted.
Can I transfer my points to another member?
Membership points are non-transferable and cannot be extended to another member.
Can I merge/transfer points from different accounts?
Membership points are non-transferable and cannot be merged across different accounts.
How early can I be before the new launch?
For New Beginning tier, the early access will be fifteen minutes earlier than the actual launch time. For Gratitude tier, the early access will be thirty minutes earlier than the actual launch time.
