Please keep in mind that bookings are essential for your studio visit, with each time slot accommodating a maximum of three bookings. Let's create something extraordinary together.

*Kindly be aware that we're open only on selected Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and appointments are necessary.

You may bring along a plus 1 for your appointment and please adhere to the appointment time as closely as possible.

We kindly ask that you give us a 12-hour notice in the unfortunate event that you need to cancel so we can release the slot to someone else.
The booking slot will hold for 15 minutes and will be cancelled in the unfortunate event of no-show.
For repeated no-show(s) of 2 times and more, your subsequent bookings will automatically be removed.

For any double-booked slots, Caramel Monster reserves the right to cancel the slots in the event customers do not revert back with any confirmation.
