Please keep in mind that bookings are essential for your studio visit, with each time slot accommodating a maximum of four bookings. Let's create something extraordinary together.

Additional notes on appointments & exclusives:

1. Appointment slots are not transferable for the purpose of purchasing additional exclusive pieces.

2. Each customer is limited to purchasing exclusives within their own booked slot only.

3. If a customer attends one slot and later attempts to purchase on behalf of another booking (e.g. a friend who is unable to attend), this will be treated as a double-booking under the same individual. In such cases, Caramel Monster reserves the right to decline the purchase to ensure fairness for all customers. This helps us maintain a comfortable and respectful environment, especially for other guests who may be shopping at the same time.

4. We're open only on selected Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and appointments are necessary.

5. We kindly ask that you give us a 12-hour notice in the unfortunate event that you need to cancel so we can release the slot to someone else.

6. The booking slot will hold for 15 minutes and will be cancelled in the unfortunate event of no-show. For repeated no-show(s) of 2 times and more, your subsequent bookings will automatically be removed.

7. You may bring along a plus 1 for your appointment and please adhere to the appointment time as closely as possible.

8. A little reminder to bring your own bag, as bags won’t be provided with purchases.
