Customer Service Executive


1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer messages and comments promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with the Singapore team regarding orders and customer issues.
  • Create orders, arrange shipments, and support packaging operations.
  • Follow up on product alteration and repair schedules.
  • Support data entry and reporting on the KiotViet system.
  • Assist with shift handovers and other assigned tasks.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • No prior experience required.
  • Knowledge or interest in the fashion industry is a plus.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Strong teamwork and cross-department communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn and grow long-term with the company.
  • Careful, detail-oriented, proactive, energetic, and positive working attitude.
  • Own a personal laptop.
  • Educational background: Students majoring in Business Administration or related fields are preferred.
  • Gender: Female, from 18 to 21 years old.

3. WORKING SCHEDULE: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday

Shift 1: 09:00 AM – 01:00 PM
Shift 2: 01:00 PM – 05:00 PM
Shift 3: 05:00 PM – 09:00 PM

4. WORKING FORMAT: Hybrid working arrangement (Online & Offline).

Mandatory Requirement: Available to work at the office 1–2 days per week, depending on the assigned schedule, and able to work on weekends and public holidays, including Lunar New Year (Tet) holidays, when required.
